Jeff Bernstein

After graduating from Harvard Law School in 1985, Jeff Bernstein served for three years as assistant general counsel, then general counsel, for the state PIRGs.In 1988, he went to work as a staff attorney for the Industrial Cooperative Association, which provides business and legal expertise and loans to worker-owned cooperatives, before moving to California to become a high school teacher.At present, Jeff is back practicing law in Los Angeles, where he heads a private practice that specializes in corporate law for nonprofit organizations.
