    Cindy Rosin Berginc, violinist with The Phoenix Symphony, is a graduate of the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and the Indiana School of Music in Bloomington.

    Soon after graduating with a master's degree in music performance, Berginc became an artist-in-residence with the Grand Rapids Symphony.She joined The Phoenix Symphony as a member of the first violin section in 1981.

    Berginc spend five summers performing for the Spoleto Music Festival in Charleston, S.C., as well as in Spoleto, Italy.In 1985 she joined the faculty at the Eastern Music Festival.In 1986 she became a member of the Chautauqua Symphony and continues performing with that orchestra during the summer, along with her husband Chuck who is principal trumpet for The Phoenix Symphony.

    She considers her two daughters, Jasmine and Heather, to be her finest achievement to date.
