   LANCE P. BERENS, I.H. is director at Consulting & Testing Services, Inc., where he is responsible for all aspects of industrial hygiene services, including but not limited to, asbestos inspection and abatement monitoring, laboratory analysis, risk assessment, site assessment, audits including Phase I, II & III. OSHA, EPA, DEP, DOL, DOH, NUC, Compliance, indoor quality, emissions monitoring, nosocomial investigations, the Laboratory Standard, noise, radiation, and electromagnetic radiation hazard management. He provides client consultation, training and lectures regarding environmental compliance issues, including indoor air quality, asbestos, UST's, AST's, OSHA, RTK, NJPDES, waste handling and chemical hygiene, and management of electromagnetic energy hazards, microbials, remediation techniques, investigative techniques. Mr. Berens graduated from Mercer County Community College. He is a certified Chemical, Microbiological & Safety Supervisor, a certified Lead Inspector Risk Assessor, certified for Sub-Surface Evaluation, UST Certified, and certified for Radon Measurement.
