    Prior to establishing ON THE SAME PAGE in 2002, Tracy served as Senior Consultant and Brand Alignment Leader with Towers Perrin, where she worked with organizations to enhance the value of their brands and improve financial performance by aligning employee behaviors with the intended customer experience.

    Before joining Towers Perrin, Tracy was Global Leader of Brand Engagement at The Empower Group, where she developed the consulting methodology for driving brand engagement through people and process.She also served as Practice Leader for Strategic Communication at Brecker & Merryman, with overall responsibility for the practice's performance.

    On the corporate side, Tracy supported executive leadership teams at both KPMG and American Express in effecting wholesale operational and culture change as Director of Marketing and Communication.At KPMG, she led the firm's annual Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award process, and coordinated preparation for its first-ever site visit by Baldrige examiners.

    Tracy began her career as a business journalist with IndustryWeek Magazine, covering "the human side of quality" and exposing best practices in management and leadership.Her deep interest in these subjects led her to author hundreds of articles and four executive-level books focusing on issues facing senior managers.

    Tracy graduated from Northwestern University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Social Policy.

    Tracy currently serves as President on the Board of Directors for the Council for Communication Management (CCM), participates in the PR Coalition, and has formerly served on the Board of Directors for the New York Chapter of IABC.She is also a member of the Association of Women in Communications.
