  Tracy Benson Tracy Benson, Ed.D, is coordinator of the Waters Foundation's Systems Thinking in Schools project. She conducts training and coaching, consults with schools and school districts, and facilitates system thinking professional learning experiences for educators. Tracy holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Arizona. She has experience as an elementary- and middle-school teacher, middle-school principal, consultant, author, and mom. Tracy has a hands-on approach to teaching and believes in the benefits of experiential learning.
