Mike has a keen insight into business, with particular knowledge of professional services, technology, and the Internet.Prior to ClearGauge, he held many diverse senior financial and operational roles at Arthur Andersen; including, managing director of global eLearning and CFO of Andersen's Virtual Learning Network and Knowledge Enterprises , two strategic start-up company investments in Andersen's new economy portfolio.He also led in the structuring and execution of a number of strategic equity investments in technology companies.
Mike received his B.S. in Business Administration in Accounting and MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Iowa's Tippie School and Management.He is also a CPA.
