Aaron Michael Bennet, 31, is charged with child abuse and neglect and is in the custody of the Portsmouth Sheriff's Department.He was charged after he brought his infant daughter to Maryview Hospital in the early hours of Thursday morning.The child was transferred to Children's Hospital of the King's Daughter in Norfolk.
