Donald R. Bender of D.R. Bender Associates serves as principal consultant in manufacturing and quality management.Don has over 30 years experience with small and large firms in the US and abroad.He holds a B.S. Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin, and an MBA from the University of New Haven.He is a senior member of both the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and the American Society for Quality.He is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor and a Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) Certified Quality Systems Auditor for ISO 9000.
