    Doron has a great entrepreneur spirit and vision and a lovely personality which is reflected by his many achievements since graduatio. Through the 90's and early 2000's, Doron founded five companies covering a diversity of industry sectors including:- ID Technologies; Point of sale loyalty systems; Specialised off-set printing systems; Smart cards and card systems; Mobile Banking and on-line payments. Since 1999 Doron has been an active venture capitalist with three different funds:- Momentum Funds Management; ES Group ventures Pty Ltd; and Jagen Pty Ltd; From 2003-2007, Doron was a Private Equity & Venture Capital Principal with Jagen Pty Ltd - focused on the management of a number of portfolio companies and the qualification and structurig of new and follow-on investments. In addition to serving in a number of non-executive Director positions, Doron took on senior executive positions with portfolio companies to help guide the companies through points of inflexion in their development. Examples of such roles include:- CEO of Centricom Pty Ltd, an internet startup which was commercialising a novel internet based payment system. CEO of CVT Holdings (Trading as Redback Marine) a design and development company focused on marine propulsion and control technology. In June 2007, together with two partners, Doron won an IIF Licence from the Federal Government to establish a new venture fund. Doron Specialties include: Early to expansion stage venture capital investing and business architecture principally in the technology sector. Particular expertise in deal evaluation, commercial and market due diligence, value proposition development, deal construction, senior operational management and mergers & acquisitions.

    Since 1991, Doron Ben-Meir has founded and managed five technology based businesses across a variety of industry sectors including: Gaming & Wagering, Loyalty Marketing, Access Control, Specialised Off-Set Printing, Smart Card Manufacture and Payment Systems.Geographically these businesses have been active in Australia, U.K, Germany, Singapore and the U.S.
