Mike Bellamy : Clinicenta Strategic Director

Mike has extensive knowledge of healthcare and clinical management having worked in the NHS for 31 years.Having worked in several large London Hospitals at the start of his career, the last 18 years of Mike's NHS experience were at CEO level.Firstly as CEO for a group of three hospitals and then as Chief Executive of the 6th largest Health Authority in the UK, providing comprehensive health care for some 800,000 people in West London.A post he held for 10 years.

During his time in the NHS, Mike chaired the West London Critical Care Network, the third largest in the country and led the development of Pathology Service Networks both nationally and locally.

Since leaving the NHS three years ago, Mike has continued to work in the Health sector sphere as a management consultant.In this role, he has worked for the Regulatory Bodies, National Patient Safety Agency (NPSA) and Commission for Healthcare Improvement (CHI) as well as being a World Health Organisation advisor.In 2003, he joined Clinicenta Ltd (formerly Patient Choice Partners) as Strategic Director and has played a key role in sourcing and bringing together the international members of the team.
