Michael BellamyMichael leads our new office in Warrnambool.

Michael has an extensive history in Human Resource Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Mmarketing.Prior to joining Marshmans HR Services, Michael served in a variety of management positions, most recently serving as Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety Manager for Westvic Work Force.Here he was responsible for all areas of HR for the company including improvement and implementation of the organisation's HR policies and practices, the up-skilling of managers and leadership development.He is also actively involved in the development of Occupational Health and safety systems and improvements to the management and reduction of WorkCover claims.

Through out his career, Michael has held management positions at leading organisations and has been responsible for significant growth of group training operations.

Through his value-added consultative approach, Michael has been a key catalyst for HR management initiatives that have helped to further organisational performance.
