He has been involved in the structuring of deals around the world and has developed a number of the Salamanca proprietary investment models. Martin is also a founding partner of Salamanca Risk Management. He sits on the board of a number of companies both in the UK and overseas. Prior to founding the Salamanca group Martin was an officer in the British Army. In 1997 after a number of expeditions around the world he became one of only a handful of people to row across the Atlantic Ocean. Martin has an MBA in Finance, Real Estate & Construction.

He is responsible for developing and expanding Salamanca Capital Investments, and directing the company's overseas activity. Martin's day-to-day role includes identifying market opportunities and deal structuring. Martin previously spent eight years as an Officer in the British Army, after which he worked for WPP before becoming a Director of the Williams Lea Group. Martin has an MBA in Real Estate & Construction.
