Maree Bellamy

Dr Bellamy is a graduate in medicine from the University of Sydney.She was also a Director of Health at Standards Australia International, Maree was the claims and risk manager for the Medical Defence Union in the Australasian region.She is a part time member of the Clinical Governance team at Hunter Area Health Service, working in the capacity of Director of Medical Services for the Greater Newcastle Sector.Maree has developed numerous educational programmes for the NHS in England on enterprise wide and clinical risk management and is a member of the Flinders University faculty teaching risk management to health administration students in Singapore and China.This course is based on the Australian New Zealand Risk Management Standard, AS/NZS 4360:2004.
