Philip was appointed as the RDO in August 2008 where he is responsible for day to day operations of the management division. He currently oversees 5 hotels and over 100 associates. He is also responsible for all new hotel openings to include procurement and staffing. Philip started with PeachState Hospitality as the opening General Manager for the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Warner Robins, where he was responsible for all aspects of operations and the balanced scorecard.
