Dr. Gary Bell

Gary Bell, Ed.D. received his Educational Doctorate from Argosy University in 2003 and is a Licensed Mental Health Professional (MFT 41324) for TCTI. Since 1982, he has taught at the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department as well as San Bernardino Valley College. In 1999, Dr. Bell began counseling families, adults and children with the Humanistic Counseling Center in Moreno Valley. Since joining TCTI, he's extended his expertise into the field of Critical Incident Debriefings. In addition, Dr. Bell is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy.
