   Danielle Bell joined ASU in June of 2004 after spending 2 years with the PHA Program. As Director of the CARE Program and ASU, she supervises the day-to-day administrative and operational components for the department. She also maintains CARE's compliance as JCAHO certified Performance Measurement System, oversees various state and federal grant implementation and assists hospitals with implementation of the CARE program data and needs. Danielle has experience with small and rural hospitals including CAH and has served as a guest speaker at educational meetings with topics pertaining to PHA, data usage, and the CARE Program.    "We wanted to put together a scale that would summarize several aspects of care into a single number, making it easier for the public to understand," said Danielle Bell, coordinator of analytical services for the Georgia Hospital Association.
   
   Northeast Georgia Medical Center's score of 96 put the Gainesville hospital among the top 25 percent of facilities examined. Bell said a complete list of scores will be released by February, giving both hospitals and consumers a tool for making quality comparisons.
