   Mr. Bell is currently the managing partner of Weinberg & Bell group. Prior to this Mr. Bell was General Manager of the Mexican and Central American/Caribbean region for the Kroll-O'Gara Company, the global-leader in business intelligence, investigations, and commercial and military mobile security. Before joining Kroll-O'Gara, Mr. Bell was President of Usamex Trading Corporation, an export/Import company he founded in 1989. During his tenure, the company became the market-leader in the importation of advanced industrial coating in the Mexican marketplace for RPM, Inc., a $2 billion specialty chemicals company. During this time, Mr., Bell successfully managed the company during the most difficult economic period in Mexico's modern history.
   
   Daniel Bell is a graduate of The National Law Center at the George Washington University and is licensed to practice law in the States of California and Ohio. Prior to law school, Mr. Bell graduated cum laude with honors from Kenyon College with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science. Mr. Bell is fluent in Spanish.
