Colin Bell was born in 1963 in Kirkcaldy where he has spent most of his days.Educated at Kirkcaldy High School, Colin left to work briefly as an apprenctice painter at Rosyth Dockyard.Other jobs have included British Rail as a clerical officer, Apex Scotland as a jobclub leader/trainer/senior trainer, and Fife College as a trainer.
Colin used his ICT skills to develop the web site.
