At TriHealth , he was responsible for developing managed care strategies , directing all health plan contracting activities and building payer relationships. He was also responsible for TriHealth Physician Services , an MSO that provides access for 200 physicians to practice management , claims processing and capitation management services.
   
   Mr. Bell spent four years as Vice President of Finance and Managed Care with Long Beach Community Medical Center , a UniHealth affiliate with a substantial capitated HMO membership. In this role , he also had responsibility for medical management , network development , managed care information systems and risk pool distributions. Previously as UniHealth's Corporate Controller , he was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of a $ 2.5 billion health care company. He also performed consulting services for Premier in its Charlotte , North Carolina Managed Care Services Division.
   
   Mr. Bell received his BBA in Accounting at Middle Tennessee State University.
