Cliff Bell is the current president of Henry Hudson Toastmasters.He has been a member of both corporate and community-founded Toastmaster Clubs in New Jersey and Massachussetts and a member of the Henry Hudson Club for nearly 2 years.Cliff is presently with a local general contracting company and founder of Catskill Groundwater Consulting.
