Carolyn Dabney was appointed to the position of Director of Business Development to spearhead Performix's growth, specifically focusing on the travel and tourism industry.Dabney joins the company with over 20 years of contact center management experience in the airline industry.Her greatest expertise is in streamlining business processes, and creating operational efficiencies, productivity improvements, and technological enhancements.
Prior to joining Performix, Ms. Dabney served as the Director of Reservations Performance for USAirways where she managed the development of systems and procedures, training, administrative policies, employee communications, and incentive and recognition programs.Under her leadership, the reservations staff provided performance improvement support to over 4,000 sales representatives handling inbound and outbound calls at the airline's nine contact center locations.Ms. Dabney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in management from Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, West Virginia.
