With a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, Caroline joined the commercial radio industry in 1981.Over the next 14 years, she worked in radio sales, research and marketing at IRS, BMS, the Radio Marketing Bureau and Hallett Arendt and also had a two year stint at the Direct Mail Sales Bureau.

In 1995 Caroline joined GMTV as Head of Research, with responsibility for sales and programming.Over the next five years she commissioned numerous research projects including consumer recall of advertising, sponsorship tracking, programming research and two specialist studies for the toy industry.

A regular speaker, Caroline has presented at various conferences including TV 2001 in Madrid, MIPCOM, the British Toy & Hobby Association Annual Congress and twice at the New York Toy Fair.

Caroline joined Continental Research in August 2000.
