Brett Bell is the new regional director for Ohio, Kentucky, and part of Pennsylvania.He was born in Denver, Colorado on October 16, 1976.

As he said, "As soon as I could ride in a car my parents moved to Missoula, Montana (the town featured in the movie, A River Runs Through It)".He grew up in Missoula and attended college at the University of Montana where I made the best decision of my life, becoming a Sig Ep.Bell was very active in Sig Ep and on campus through college and now continues his involvement through his position as RD with the Grand Chapter.

Bell is Encouraged by the Balance Man Project (BMP)In the early nineties, Fraternity numbers were continuing to decline and hazing incidences were up.SigEp Undergrads saw the need to change to get away from the typical fraternity program.

SigEp Undergrads voted to form the Balanced Man Project advisory committee to deal with these issues.The Balanced Man Project (BMP) is designed to eliminate hazing through single tiered membership.Members go through a series of developmental stages in order to achieve spirit healthy and body healthy.
