   HARTFORD CITY - Betty Lou Bell, 60, passed away on Monday, September 13th, 2004 at 5:12 a.m. of Complications at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Betty had lived most of her life in Blackford County coming from Stout, Ohio.
   
   Betty was born on July 5th, 1944, in Stout, Ohio to John Horsley and Amanda Susan (Parker) Horsley.

   Betty graduated from Jefferson High School in Blue Creek, Ohio. She was a member of the River of Life Pentecostal Church in Muncie.
   
   She will be missed by her husband Tony A. Bell, her daughter Rachel M. Bell of Hartford City, her 2 brothers Charles W. (Wife-Gail) Horsley of Greensburg, Pennsylvania, John H. (Wife-Jennifer) Horsley of Hartford City and several nieces & nephews.
   
   Visitation for Betty will be Thursday, September 16, 2004 from 3 to 5 and 6 to 8 and Friday, September 17, 2004 from 9am to 11 am at KEPLINGER FUNERAL HOME, 509 North High Street, Hartford City.
   
   The funeral service for Betty will be Friday, September 17th, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at KEPLINGER FUNERAL HOME, 509 North High Street, Hartford City.
