    Mr. Bell brings over 25 years of experience in the wind powered electric generation business to the position of President and CEO of GHA.His experience spans the recent history of wind energy in the United States and goes back to the design and development of some of the first large scale commercial US wind projects in the early 1980s.He has most recently spent 10 years in various executive roles for Zond Energy Systems, Inc./Enron Wind Corp/GE Wind Energy, LLC.Prior to joining Zond, Mr. Bell was VP of Engineering at FloWind Corporation in San Rafael, California, and Engineering Manager at U.S. Windpower / Kenetech Corporation in Livermore, California.In 1999, Mr. Bell received the Technical Excellence Award from the American Wind Energy Association.He will be opening an east coast office of GHA in 2007 that will be staffed to offer the full range of GHA's technical services and products.Mr. Bell holds a Bachelors degree in Biology from Lehigh University and a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
