   Anita has been involved with natural healing and energy work for the last 14 years. An experienced healer and originally a teacher of yoga, Anita commenced her practice of Reiki energy healing in 1996. For over two decades she has also enjoyed a successful career at all levels of the public sector business world.
   
   Anita has moved and worked around the UK. She and her family live by the sea in the magical Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, South West Wales, beside an ancient spring, standing stones and Iron Age settlement. near the historic Cathedral City of St Davids. Nearby are the Preseli Hills - the source of the legendary Blue Stones of Stonehenge. In mid summer 1999, Anita meditated within the blue stone circle at Stonehenge and received her attunements as a Reiki Master Healer from William Rand, International Reiki Master.

   In November 2000, following further detailed training and assessment, Anita was admitted as a full healer member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers, the largest and longest-established non denominational spiritual healing organisation in the world. She is also a graduate of the Life Coach School International (2003) and offers the skills of life coaching and NLP as well as energy healing. The aim is to assist you to recover, build, and sustain your constellation of vitality, inner power and personal transformation.
   
   Anita offers a calm accepting presence and extends to you a helping hand to improve your own health and well being, to simplify the complications in your life, to tap into your strength from within and to source what really gives your life meaning.
