Alex Bell began writing poems after joining the Writers' Group of the Poetry Society of South Carolina, where he has served as program chair, contest chair, and co-ordinator of a modern poetry group.Published in the Society's yearbooks and in Tinderbox, Alex teaches chemistry at Trident Technical College in Charleston and resides on Sullivan's Island with his family.
