   Randall P. Belknap , Vice President , Professional Services runs the organization within ePropose that builds eMarkets and supports customers and system integrators.
   
   Prior to ePropose , Randy was Director , Java Group and member of the executive committee at ISL Consulting , Inc. , an Internet Professional Services firm. Randy was instrumental in growing the consulting practice at ISL five-fold in three years. He lead many large scale web application development projects. Clients included organizations such as BEA Systems , Thomas Weisel Partners and Chevron as well as pure play dot coms such as Drugfacts.com.
   
   Since 1984 , Randy has worked in various consulting , project management and executive positions. He holds a BA from Georgetown University.
