Fulbright scholar.He is currently an independent consultant to local and national environmental companies.Has worked as a field hydrogeologist in Yugoslavia and the Middle East.He was a Senior Research Assistant and head of the clearing house at the International Ground Water Modeling Center, Indianapolis, IN from 1983-1987 and assistant professor and researcher at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Cincinnati for ten years.
