    Pamela Belinsky Pamela has taught tap at the School of Orlando City Ballet since 1984. She was in the first class to graduate as Associate in Science in Nursing from Rhode Island Junior College in 1968. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1975 at the University of Massachusetts, and in 1977 the Master of Arts in Teaching at Rhode Island School of Design. Pam then dedicated herself to the Art of Dance for 15 years, performing as lead dancer in shows for the USO in New England and teaching tap classes in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, before moving to Florida in 1981.
