Ms. Belinoski was elected to Position 6 in 2004.Her term expires in 2007.Ms. Belinoski is a 1992 graduate of Willis High School, earned a Bachlor of Science Degree in 1997 from Sam Houston State University, and a Master of Education in Educational Psychology in 2003 from Texas A & M University.Ms. Belinoski holds certifications in elementary education, speech communications, special education, early childhood education, English as a second language, diagnostician certification and principalship certification.Ms. Belinoski teaches fourth grade reading, writing, and social studies in Spring ISD and is in her eighth year of teaching.She has taught special education resource and preschool program for children with Disabilities (PPCD).Ms. Belinoski's mother is an employee of Willis ISD and her father is an employee of Sam's Wholesale.Her brother is an employee of the Montgomery Central Appraisal District.
