Dorrance R. Belin graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in 1960 and the University of Pittsburgh with a J.D.M. in 1967.He was admitted to the bar in 1967.He is a member of the Lackawanna County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts, including the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court.Mr. Belin served as a Trial Attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service from 1967-1971.He was elected an accredited Estate Planner by the National Association of Estate Planning Councils, and concentrates his practice in wills and trusts, estate planning and administration, and charitable giving.
