    Kouider Belguendouz, born in southern Algeria, emigrated to the United States in 1979 after completing a masters degree at the Ecole du Louvre in Paris France and earlier obtaining his masters in architecture and BFA in fine arts at Ecole Nationale des Beaux arts et d'Architecture in Algiers, Algeria.Shortly after emigrating to the U.S he became a U.S citizen and obtained permanent and consulting positions as architectural designer and Cad designers for many of the leading architectural and engineering firms in Boston: C.T. Main, Inc., WZMH, CBT and the LEA group.

    Following his entrepreneurial spirit, Kouider left the architecture industry to found KBB Design, Inc. in Watertown Massachusetts, a full service marketing and communications design firm.During six years of ownership he managed all aspects of the firms operations.KBB Design was sold in 1996 and continues to operate successfully.

    Upon selling KBB Design, Kouider decided to explore new venture possibilities in the North African region.He created and managed one of the only medium-sized American invested ventures in Morocco.BKE specialized in the import, sale, rental and transportation of heavy construction equipment.His responsibilities included: creation of bids for multi-million dollar construction projects; estimation and coordination of the transportation of construction equipment throughout Morocco; oversight and management of equipment and drivers on job sites; hiring and management of all employees.Mr. Belguendouz sold the company to local interests and returned to the U.S in December 2000.

    After returning to the United States, Mr. Belguendouz continued independent and consulting architectural projects, while furthering his education in the computer field in order to obtain his Microsoft Systems Engineer degree and his A+ certification.In 2004 Mr. Belguendouz returned to Morocco with his children and wife, Deborah.Mr. Belguendouz and his wife, an interior designer and artist, set-up the company Classic Import Export and Design (C.I.E.D) in Marrakech in order to produce a line of textiles for the interior design trade and high-end clothing for exclusive boutiques in the United States.

    During this time Mr. Belguendouz was asked to join CME Atlas Energy as Managing Director.
