Little Elm Fire Chief Keith Belew said Thursday afternoon he still is investigating the fire to try to determine its cause.Fire damage was limited to the bedroom, with smoke and water damage in the rest of the home.

The fire started about 8 a.m. in the Milton Alexander home at 123 in the Preston on the Lake mobile home community off Farm to Market Road 720.

Chief Belew asked for mutual aid from Frisco, he said, to gain more personnel.

Little Elm Fire Chief Keith Belew is given a vote of no-confidence by the Little Elm Fire Association and placed on two weeks administrative leave.
