   Joe Belew , senior vice president and senior portfolio manager at U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray Asset Management Inc. , said that Ohio Casualty at $9 is probably not a bad speculation if investors don't yet own the stock. The upcoming announcement could well provide a $1 or $2 pop , he added.
