   Princeton , WV - Woodrow Wilson Belcher , 87 , of RR 6 , Box 529 in Princeton , died Friday , December 1 , 2000 at his residence
   
   Born May 20 , 1913 , at Oney Gap , VA , he was the son of the late Tobias Albert Belcher and Dora Belle French Belcher. He was a retired tipple mechanic with Eastern Gas and Fuel Company , and was a member of UMWA Local # 6196. He was a member of Kee Street United Methodist Church , Kee Street Methodist Men and the Kee Street Bible Class.
   
   In addition to his parents , five brothers and one sister preceded him in death. He is the last surviving member of his immediate family.
   
   Survivors include his wife of 63 years , Mildred L. Belcher of Princeton , two daughters , Irwin Belcher Ingrahm and her husband Bob , and Karen Belcher Harvey and her husband John , one son , Tobias Toby Belcher and his wife Pat , all of Princeton , four grandchildren , Jackie Mason , Robbie Ingrahm , Scott Belcher and Shane Belcher , and two great grandchildren , Courtney Belcher and Hannah Ingrahm.
   
   Funeral services will be conducted at 2 PM Sunday , at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with Rev. David Jasper officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Horeb Cemetery in Princeton.
   
   The Men's Bible Class of Kee Street United Methodist Church will serve as pallbearers.
