WILLIAM FLETCHER BELCHER practices law in St. Petersburg in the area of probate and trust litigation. He graduated from the University of South Florida in 1965, received his law degree from Stetson University and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1968. He was a Law Instructor at West Point from 1969 to 1971, and an Assistant Professor of Law from 1971 to 1973. He is Chair of the Probate and Trust Litigation Committee of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. He is the author of Litigation Under Florida Probate Code chapters on Jointly-Held Assets, Tortious Interference in Estate Planning, and Jury Trials in Probate; and has lectured on numerous probate and trust topics at The Florida Bar and Probate Team CLE seminars. He is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is a member of its Fiduciary Litigation Committee. He has also been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America. 1997-2002.
