ELIZABETHTON -- Mr. William G. "Bill" Belcher, 69, formerly of Richlands and Coalwood, W.Va., died Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002, at his home.
He was born in English,W.Va., and was a son of the late Ransey L. and Lucille Hatfield Belcher. He was a Korean War veteran and managed Richlands Builders Supply in the 1960s and Richlands Bailey Lumber Co. in the 1970s.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Norma Jean See and Wanda Boyles; and one brother, Dave Belcher. -
