Dr. Belcher was born in Alaska, but for several years during his youth lived in Tanzania, Africa.He completed his undergraduate education at Yale University, received his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and completed his residency in anesthesia at Georgetown University Hospital.
Dr. Belcher, who is proficient in pain management, has vast experience in the field of anesthesiology.ÊHe is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, a diplomat of the American Board of Medical Examiners and is board eligible in anesthesiology.Ê
