Mr. Belcher was a native of Ozark, where he owned and operated Belcher T. V. and Appliance Company. He was a Technical Instructor at Wallace Community College for 27 years. Upon his retirement from Wallace College, he operated Radio Shack in Ozark for over 10 years. Mr. Belcher was a member of The Ozark Kiwanis Club, receiving many honors and serving in all offices. He was a life-long member of The Ozark Baptist Church, where he served in many leadership capacities including Chairman of the Board of Deacons. Mr. Belcher was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Helms Belcher, in 1990.
