Ottawa, Canada, December 16, 2004 - TenXc Wireless Inc., an innovator in intelligent radio frequency solutions for enhanced wireless network capacity and quality, today announced the appointment of Graham Belcher as the Vice President of Engineering.Graham brings over 30 years of wireless industry experience in RF product design, base-station development, and network deployment of wireless systems.Graham will be responsible for leading and growing TenXc's development and engineering organization to deliver on TenXc's Intelligent RF vision.

Graham has served in numerous senior management and engineering positions with Lucent Technologies, AT&T, and Bell Laboratories, delivering solutions to major wireless customers.At Lucent Technologies Graham was Director, WCDMA Base-station Hardware Design, and had held senior management positions associated with GSM, GPRS and UMTS products.He played a leading role in the design and implementation of the first US Cellular System in Chicago in 1978 and has been working with evolving wireless technologies ever since.
Graham has lived and worked in North America, Europe and the Middle East.He holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and is a Member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers.
