   The company currently uses MV-90 as its data collection system for interval metered customers , but looked to E-VEE to serve as a long-term repository for access by multiple departments. E-VEE will also address the full range of validation and estimation processes required for billing , settlement , and other applications. The software allows an operator to set up and manage validation , estimation and data editing parameters via a convenient interface--there is no hardcoding of business rules. Additionally , the parameters can be set on a customer-by-customer basis to accommodate unique customer usage patterns.
