Eugenio "Gene" Belaval is a native of San Juan, Puerto Rico and has been a South Florida resident for 10 years.He is a graduate of InterAmerican University in Santurce, Puerto Rico, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.In addition to working in real estate, Belaval is the owner of the Haagen Dazs Ice Cream Shop in the Falls Shopping Center.He is a member of the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County.
