Prior to working as a consultant, Mr. Belau was the founder and President of Predictive Systems, inc., a NASDAQ-listed network technology services company (NASD: PRDS). Mr. Belau grew Predictive Systems from 2 people in 1995 to 800 people generating $90M in revenue in 17 locations in the US, Europe and Asia by 2000. Mr. Belau co-managed all aspects of the company's operations and growth, including market strategy, service offerings, operational processes, sales models and strategic partnerships. In 1999, he co-led the company's IPO, and follow-on offering in March 2000.
