   Scott Belanger , MS is a consultant and trainer for SafeTech Consultants , Inc.. Scott specializes in Site Health & Safety Management , Industrial Hygiene , Emergency Response and training program development. He earned his MS from the University of New Haven – Connecticut , in Occupational Safety Management. Prior to joining SafeTech , he was the Operations Manager for Total Waste Management Corporation in New Hampshire , where he also managed the on-site Emergency Response Team. He also worked for Clean Harbors Environmental Services as an Industrial Hygienist for their Hazardous Waste Treatment Facilities and Field Services Divisions in Connecticut , Louisiana , and California. In 1995 , Scott was appointed by Governor John Rowland of Connecticut as a member of the Occupational Safety & Health Review Commission.
