The Canadian Snowbird Association (CSA) is pleased to announce the re-election of Roland Bélanger as the association's director for Québec for the term 2006 - 2008.

Mr. Bélanger has had a long and distinguished career in labour relations and the private sector.As a station operator, Mr. Bélanger has held positions with Ontario Hydro and Canadian Pacific Forest Products, where he also served as president of the charitable donations committee.Mr. Bélanger is also a past director of education of the Canadian Labour Council, Outaouais Region, and served as a corresponding secretary and archivist for the Canadian Paper Workers Union.

Mr. Bélanger has served as a senior volunteer with several organizations.A member of the Canadian Snowbird Association, he has served on the CSA board of directors since 2003 holding the position of director for Québec.He is a founding president of the Outaouais District of the Québec Federation of Camping and Caravaning.He has also served as a union representative on the adult education board of the Province of Québec.Mr. Bélanger is an avid golfer, and has served as captain of marshals for the Honda Classic PGA tournament in Florida, and as a PGA marshal at the Eagle Creek Golf Club.
