   Belanger conceived, and designed Sitepak,s Onsite Hosting Controller, the automated provisioning, management and support platform that allows Telcos and ISPs to leverage their existing infrastructures to maximize returns and increase their presence in the multi-billion dollar SME hosting market. Belanger heads Sitepak,s engineering and development team and is responsible for developing and implementing strategic technology solutions and leveraging emerging technologies for use in Sitepak products.
   
   Belanger has been engaged in programming since 1977 and participated in his first Internet venture in 1994. Belanger holds a bachelor,s degree in music from the Université de Montréal and a certificate in software development from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
