As the Sr Director of HEAT Strategic Sales, Robin Beland has responsibility for transactional business for FrontRange Solution's Service Management Solution Suite of products.Robin has been with FrontRange for over ten years; since HEAT for DOS 2.0. During her tenure at FrontRange, Robin has spent four of those years selling HEAT into the Federal Government market and over one year as the HEAT Premier product manager.Robin and her teams top priority is to consult into the ITSM and Call Center market space and to continue to drive HEAT as a market-leading solution to these environments.During 2003, Robin became ITIL certified and will continue the process throughout the sales force.Prior to FrontRange Solutions, Robin worked at Ampex Corporation and Comptronix Corporation to consult with them on their ISO 9000 Certification.
