   Ray started in the utility business with Calgary Power in 1966 after working on the oilrigs and the railroad. He retired in 1999 and then joined the Caltech team. He is now accountable for managing maintenance planning projects for a utility client. This includes overseeing the client's PCB project, ensuring timely collection of oil samples, diagnostic testing, maintaining a database and auditing the program to ensure client equipment conforms to industry standards. Ray also oversees the client's "Worst Performing Feeder" program, which requires analyzing initial data, creating work packages, ordering material and initializing crew start-up meetings.
