Julianne is a business litigator with extensive arbitration and trial experience.She has handled a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including complex contract and employment disputes, real estate disputes, professional liability disputes, automobile dealership disputes and construction disputes.Julianne acts as outside litigation counsel for a number of Georgia-based corporations, managing national litigation portfolios and advising clients on matters ranging from contract and licensing issues to employee agreements.Julianne has negotiated complex contract disputes, such as successfully representing a municipality in negotiating the mutual dissolution of a $600 million water privatization project.Her practice includes representing clients as plaintiffs as well as defendants.On the plaintiffâ€s side, she has obtained a number of verdicts and awards for business clients in a variety of matters, including breach of contract and real estate zoning cases.

Julianne is the author of a number of articles, including Now You See it, Now You Donâ€t: The Impact of RFRAâ€s Invalidation on Religious Tithes in Bankruptcy, Bankruptcy Developments Journal (1998).She is also an active mentor of first-year law students and is involved in other public service activities.

Julianne received her J.D., with distinction, from Emory University School of Law in 1998 where she was Order of the Coif and a Member of the Bankruptcy Developments Journal.In 1995, she received her B.A. Degree, cum laude, with honors in fine arts, from New York University.
